This package focuses on constructing residential buildings with standard specifications. It includes car parking, multiple floors, and headroom construction, supported by RCC sump and septic tank options. The package ensures durable materials, efficient planning, and compliance with construction standards.

- Elevation design (3D), electrical, plumbing, and working drawings included.
- Basement height up to 2 feet, ceiling height 10 feet.
- Standard materials: ARS TMT/GBR steel, Zuari/ACC cement, M20 concrete grade.
- Bathroom fittings up to ₹13,000 per bathroom, Parryware brand.
- Flooring: vitrified tiles up to ₹45/sq. ft. for living, dining, kitchen.
- Daily photo upload via Android/iOS app for project monitoring.

- Any delays in payments will indirectly affect the schedule of the project and the contract period may be extended.
- All payments to be made within four days from the date of payment notification email.
- The percentage of part payments mentioned, is fixed and remains same throughout the project, unless any extra floors are added.
- The amount split-up mentioned will vary based on the change in work value as per the actual measurements at site, additional works added or upgraded in any material specification.
- The digital format of this document with updated amount split-up will always be available in customer login page and all part payments to be made accordingly.
